ROASTED CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole chicken
4 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce
4 tbsp ginger,garlic
4 tbsp vinegar
1 onion
1 capsicum
1 tomato
1 tbsp ajinomotto
1 tbsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 oil
salt to taste
METHOD:
Mix together oyster sauce,ginger,garlic paste,vinegar,ajjinomotto,sugar,soya sauce,red chilli flakes and salt in bowl.Apply this mixture in and out of chicken with hands.Prick the chicken with a fork.Thinly sliced capsicum,onion,and tomato,stuff this mixture in chicken.leave the marinade overnight.now place this stuffed and seasoned chicking on a baking dish.drizzle oil all over it and cover it tightly with foil.bake it at 180 C for 35-40 minutes.Now remove he foil and bake it for afew more minutes at high temperature until the top turns slightly golden.Serve with naan and green salad.
MY EXPERIENCE:
I had an beautiful and enjoyable experience as the dish was new for us and did take time to form.We waited for one day to get taste the dish.All the members of my family loved to eat such a dish.We had a wonderful dinner at night with roasted chicken presented with green salads,lemon and yogurt.
