SKIN CARE FROM FRUITS 
AND VEGETABLES









A healthy diet includes abundant fruits and vegetables because they provide valuable nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, water, fiber, protein and sugars. Fruits and vegetables are cleansing and healing; it makes sense that they are included in skin-care products, especially organic and natural products.
There are many women who start facing the problems of skin rationing and pimples as soon as the new season begins and for that reason they apply different therapies for skin treatment and finally get a negative outcome. This mostly happens as they are not well aware from the fact that we should sometimes neglect he scientific treatments and should  try to look around us as the appearance of natural fruits and vegetables are also vital for the skin care.. The skins of fruits and vegetables contain fiber, vitamins and phytonutrients, including antioxidants. Eating the skin helps increase the amount of these nutrients that you consume each day. Next time you eat a potato, apple, carrot, peach or pear, consider eating the skin as well. Pineapple core and broccoli stalks are also very nutritious.
POMEGRANATE  
Pomegranate. It is used in beauty products like anti-aging creams, sunscreens and moisturizers. Apply pomegranate juice on your skin. Wash off when dry and soon you will discover that your skin will grow more radiant and supple.
LEMON   
 
Lemon. Its peel can be used to soften and lighten skin around your elbows. The peel can also be used to brighten your nails. Its juice can be applied on acne to reduce the marks and mixed in bath water to keep you feeling fresh throughout the day and keep your hair dandruff free.
         
TOMATO

Tomato. Halve and deseed a tomato. Massage the pulp onto your face and rinse off with cold water after 10-12 mins. Radiant skin guaranteed!
CUCUMBER

Cucumber slices can be used to remove dark under eye circles and they can also be applied on your skin to remove sun tan. If you have dark underarms you can apply cucumber juice to your underarm areas 15 mins before taking a bath. It is also helpful if you are trying to lose weight as it is rich in vitamin B, C and folic acid.
on the whole it is concluded that all the womens and girls just stop getting worried  about the skin pimples and acne and just try the above mentioned tips and we are sure  that you will fall in love with your skin forever.
