"CHEESE PASTRY"
INGREDIENTS:
Cheese 1 pack,
Prime yogurt 1 pack,
Desert cream 2pack,
Sugar 4 tbsp,
Gelatin powder 2 tbsp,
Cocktail fruit 1 pack,
Jelly.
METHOD:
Take a bowl and beet two packets of cream till it become thick. Then add sugar, cheese and yogurt in the continuous process of beeting.
Take a pan filled with 1 cup of hot water and mix gelatin powder in it.
Then add it in as above prepared mixture. Here ur dessert is ready. Pour it bowl and put it in freezer for 2-3 hours.
Here delicious "Cheese Pastry" is ready. Cut it in square shape and serve with jellies and cocktail fruit.
